Internship
The Dynamics of Human Performance Regulation Laboratory (DHPRL) is the lab of the Sport Psychology unit at the University of Hamburg. In DHPRL, we focus on the dynamics of human performance regulation in sports and other performance contexts. To investigate these dynamics, we draw on theories and concepts from motivation, volition, and emotion research, as well as a diverse set of methods from psychology, physiology, and neuroscience. In our work, we strive for interdisciplinarity, open science & international collaboration. The lab is currently being set up with the goal of being equipped with state-of-the-art technology to concurrently measure psychoneurophysiological markers of sports and exercise behavior.
If you want to learn more about how we work and become a part of DHPRL, then feel free to apply for a research internship with us!
